Build Your Foundation (2x/week)

Start with two sessions per week to master movement, build technique, and develop confidence. This is where real progress happens.

Transition to Independence

Once you've got the fundamentals down, shift to one session per week plus your own custom program. Train 3-4 days independently with ongoing support.
