I've never lifted weights before. Is this program for me?

Absolutely! The New Lifters Program is specifically designed for complete beginners. We start with PVC pipe and empty barbells, focusing on movement patterns and flexibility before adding any weight.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is 90 minutes, which includes warm-up, skill work, strength training, and cool-down. This gives us plenty of time to teach proper technique without rushing.

What happens after I complete the New Lifters Program?

After 4 weeks, you'll have the fundamentals to join either our Recreational or Competitor training programs. Both are $230/month for unlimited training with the same expert coaching.

What should I bring/wear?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and flat-soled shoes (or you can lift in socks). We have all the equipment you'll need. Bring water and a positive attitude!
