Common Questions

Do I need a referral for physical therapy?

No. In Texas you can see a physical therapist without a doctor's referral. Just reach out and we'll get you started.

What if I'm not sure this program is right for me?

Tell us what's going on and we'll be honest about whether this is a good fit. No pressure, no sales pitch. If regular PT or personal training alone makes more sense, we'll tell you.

Do you accept insurance?

The physical therapy portion is cash-pay. We can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Can I start with just a month?

Yes. The monthly option is $600/mo with no contract. Start there and upgrade to a package if you want to commit to the full program.

I've never lifted before โ€” is this for me?

Absolutely. Many clients start here with zero lifting experience. Adam meets you where you are and builds your program from scratch.
