Common Questions

Do I need competition experience to join? -
Not at all. Many of our competitors started with zero experience. You just need to be committed to training 3-5 days a week and willing to learn. We'll handle the programming and coaching from there.
What's the difference between competitor training and the new lifters program? +
The new lifters program is a short-term introduction to get you comfortable with the basics. Competitor training is an ongoing membership where you train with the team, follow a personalized program, and work toward competing in meets. Many people start as new lifters and transition to the competitor program.
Do I have to compete in meets? +
No. Some of our team members compete regularly at national-level meets, others do a local meet once a year for fun, and some just enjoy training like an athlete without ever stepping on the competition platform. You set your own goals.
When can I train? +
We have coached sessions during morning and evening hours on weekdays, plus Saturday mornings. Your unlimited membership gives you access to all coached hours, so you can train on a schedule that works for your life.
What if I can only train 3 days a week? +
That's totally fine. Your program will be built around your available training days. Three quality sessions a week is enough to make real progress, especially with personalized programming.
Can I drop in to try it before committing? +
Yes! We offer coached drop-in sessions for $30 and open gym sessions for $20. It's a great way to see the gym, meet the coaches, and try a training session before signing up for a membership.
