COMPETITOR TRAINING

Compete for fun or chase the podium — our team travels to AO Series, AO Finals, Nationals, and local meets throughout the year.

01

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING

Training cycles tailored to your meet schedule and individual needs. We plan strength phases, technique work, and peak weeks so you're ready to PR when it counts. Your program is built for you - not pulled from a generic template.

02

TRAIN WITH COMPETITORS

Train alongside athletes competing regularly at local and national meets. You'll have training partners who understand the grind, push PRs with you, and show up to support you on competition day.

03

EXPERT COACHING & FEEDBACK

Live coaching during training and real-time feedback. Not just programming on paper - we're in the gym with you, making adjustments that matter. Get personalized attention, technique corrections, and guidance to help you lift smarter and safer.

04

TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE

Our team members commit to 3-5 training sessions a week — building technique, strength, and mobility while working their weaknesses. Weightlifting is a rewarding journey, and we make sure you have fun along the way.

Common Questions

Do I need competition experience to join? -
Not at all. Many of our competitors started with zero experience. You just need to be committed to training 3-5 days a week and willing to learn. We'll handle the programming and coaching from there.
What's the difference between competitor training and the new lifters program? +
The new lifters program is a short-term introduction to get you comfortable with the basics. Competitor training is an ongoing membership where you train with the team, follow a personalized program, and work toward competing in meets. Many people start as new lifters and transition to the competitor program.
Do I have to compete in meets? +
No. Some of our team members compete regularly at national-level meets, others do a local meet once a year for fun, and some just enjoy training like an athlete without ever stepping on the competition platform. You set your own goals.
When can I train? +
We have coached sessions during morning and evening hours on weekdays, plus Saturday mornings. Your unlimited membership gives you access to all coached hours, so you can train on a schedule that works for your life.
What if I can only train 3 days a week? +
That's totally fine. Your program will be built around your available training days. Three quality sessions a week is enough to make real progress, especially with personalized programming.
Can I drop in to try it before committing? +
Yes! We offer coached drop-in sessions for $30 and open gym sessions for $20. It's a great way to see the gym, meet the coaches, and try a training session before signing up for a membership.
