OPEN GYM DROP-IN

For experienced lifters who train independently

Open 5am – 10pm Daily

Who It's For

Experienced Olympic weightlifters or strength athletes who have their own programming and don't need coaching. You should be comfortable training independently.

What You Get

Full access to 14 Olympic lifting platforms, competition-grade Eleiko bars and bumpers, squat racks, dumbbells, and all strength equipment.

No Coaching Included

Open gym is self-guided. If you want feedback or instruction, book a coached drop-in instead. Our coaches are only available during coached hours.

How to Book

Book online at least 24 hours in advance so we can confirm your session and get you access to the gym. Inside 24 hours? Text us ASAP at 737-279-8274 to confirm. $20 per session.
