View Full ScheduleHere's what to expect when you visit Stonehenge Weightlifting for the first time.
Athletic clothes you can move in, training shoes (flat-soled preferred), water bottle, and a positive attitude. We have everything else you need.
You'll be greeted by your coach, given a quick gym tour, and guided through a warm-up. If you're new to Olympic lifting, we'll teach proper technique before adding weight.
You'll train in small groups (typically 4-8 athletes) with mixed experience levels. Some are competitive athletes, others train recreationally. Everyone's focused on getting better.
Plan for 90-120 minutes for your first session. This includes warm-up, technique work, strength training, and cool-down. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
