Owner and head coach of Stonehenge Weightlifting, Adam has been competing in Olympic weightlifting since 2011 and coaching since 2007. He's coached athletes to AO Finals, Nationals, Masters Nationals, and multiple Masters records. Adam focuses on technique and finding the best approach for any level of lifter.

Monica began her strength training journey in 2017 with no prior experience. She tried powerlifting before discovering Olympic weightlifting in 2018. Most recently, she placed 2nd in the 59kg open category at the 2024 Texas-Oklahoma WSO Championship. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in providing a safe, encouraging space where lifters can become stronger physically and mentally.

Charles has been lifting for 10 years and coaching at Stonehenge since 2019. He specializes in developing new athletes and working with lifters of all levels. Charles coaches the morning hours and holds Masters American records and Texas state records.
