Common Questions

What's the difference between this and your Olympic weightlifting programs? -
Our Olympic weightlifting programs focus on the snatch and clean & jerk—complex movements that take time to learn. Strength training focuses on fundamental movements: squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, and accessory work. Same quality coaching, same personalized programming, but without the technical complexity of Olympic lifting.
Do I need any experience? +
No. We'll teach you proper technique from scratch. Whether you've never touched a barbell or you've been lifting for years, your program will match your current level and progress from there.
When can I train? +
You'll train during our coached hours—typically mornings and evenings on weekdays, plus Saturday mornings. We'll discuss the schedule when you reach out, and you'll have flexibility to train 3-5 days per week based on what works for you.
What equipment do you have? +
We're a fully equipped strength facility with squat racks, barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, and everything you need for serious strength training. The gym is built for lifting, not cardio machines.
How do I get started? +
Text us at 737-279-8274 to schedule a free assessment. We'll check your form on a key lift, talk about your goals, and explain how the program works. Takes about 30 minutes, no commitment required.
Can I train on my own outside of coached hours? +
Once you've been training with us for a while and we're confident in your movement quality, we can approve you for open gym access. This lets you get extra sessions in on your own schedule. Not everyone needs this, but it's available if you want it.
Can I switch to Olympic weightlifting later? +
Absolutely. Many people start with strength training and get curious about Olympic lifting after training with us for a while. The strength base you build will actually make learning the Olympic lifts easier. You can switch programs anytime.
