Frequently Asked Questions

I've never lifted weights before. Is this program for me?

Absolutely! This program is specifically designed for complete beginners. We start with empty barbells or lighter weights, focusing on movement patterns and form before adding weight.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is 60-90 minutes, which includes warm-up, technique work, strength training, and cool-down. This gives us plenty of time to teach proper form without rushing.

What happens after I complete the program?

After 4 weeks, you'll have the fundamentals to continue training on your own or join our ongoing strength classes. We'll set you up with a program to keep progressing.

What should I bring/wear?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and flat-soled shoes (or you can lift in socks). We have all the equipment you'll need. Bring water and a positive attitude!
