Are you interested in learning or improving your Olympic lifting skills and getting stronger? If so, this program is designed for you. Strength and Power Class is ideal for athletes who want to take a progressive approach to mastering Olympic lifts.

Duration: 1 hour

Components: 1 Olympic lifting movement, 1 strength movement, and 1-2 accessory movements.

The "Strength and Power" class is designed for individuals of all skill levels who are looking to improve their overall strength, power, and athleticism. It's perfect for those who want to combine Olympic weightlifting, strength training, and dumbbell exercises in a structured and supportive environment.

Scheduling

  • Monday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Snatch, Squat, Press)

  • Tuesday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Clean, Deadlift, Overhead Press)

  • Thursday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (Snatch, Clean, Squat, Dumbbell Work)

  • Programming may vary; this is an example only.

Looking for more gym time? We have open gym options where you can make up days you miss outside of class hours!
